Having never been before I was pleasantly surprised by the uniform staff and clean environment. The staff were friendly and we collected our order and left. When I arrived home I did not have part of my order which was calzone (by definition a filled or folded pizza). I rang the shop to explain and expected to be offered an exchange for what I presumed was the incorrect pizza. Unfortunately I was met with a member of staff shouting the in the background how you needed to request that it was folded at the time of ordering. Given the definition of a calzone and placing an online order where this was at no point made clear I was quite taken aback. The gentleman proceeded angrily shout in the background and as it was Xmas eve I didn’t have it in me to argue. Such a shame as what we had was lovely but I will not be treat like this!!!!
